In the rare event that there are any issues with your order, we are committed to making it right.
Please notify us within 90 days of receiving your order if you encounter any problems, and we will make every effort to resolve them. While we cannot accept returns due to the customized nature of our products, we do offer size exchanges if the shoes do not fit as expected. Furthermore, if any of our products are damaged or defective, we will provide free replacements.
