Every order is shipped with a tracking number. This number, along with a tracking link will be sent to you via the email once your order has been shipped.
The first place to look is in your spam folder if you haven’t checked there already. If it’s not there, get it touch with us and we will figure out what happened.
We are exclusively an online retailer and source all our products directly from the manufacturer. We don't maintain large inventories, expensive retail outlet or warehouses. This drastically lowers our overheads and we pass these savings on to our customers.
We know how sizes vary across the web, so we’ve provided a convenient sizing chart for every product. This cart is located below the description tab on every product page. In the unlikely event that a pair of shoes does not fit you, we would be happy to offer you an exchange at no additional cost.
If you don’t love your shoes, we’ll take it back! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will exchange them for free if they have any defects. Please see our refund policy for further details.
We accept most major Credit and Debit cards including Visa, Master Card and American Express. In addition we also accept Apple Pay , Google Pay and PayPal.
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us which is why we make sure to follow the highest of industry standards to ensure your personal information remains secure when you make a purchase through our site. We do this by encrypting credit card information through a secure socket layer (SSL), which is used across the internet for securely processing data. Once the transaction is complete, we don’t store your credit card information, as it is used only for completing a purchase.
